In this 10-minute video I’ll explain how to do a round of Basic EFT. The main ingredients are:
- “Even though, just thinking about
- a specific event (something specific that happened in the past or might happen in the future) +
- the part or aspect of the event that your mind is focusing on the most +
- I feel… the emotion or feeling we feel about it right now +
- the body location of that emotion (if any) +
- a balancing statement, such as “I accept this is what I’m feeling right now”.
