How to do Basic EFT

In this 10-minute video I’ll explain how to do a round of Basic EFT. The main ingredients are: 

  • “Even though, just thinking about 
  • a specific event (something specific that happened in the past or might happen in the future) +
  • the part or aspect of the event that your mind is focusing on the most + 
  • I feel… the emotion or feeling we feel about it right now + 
  • the body location of that emotion (if any) +
  • a balancing statement, such as “I accept this is what I’m feeling right now”.
